Gday guys, an outdoor plant has started flowering about 2-3 weeks ago and the white hairs on some of the buds are already starting to turn brown? I thought that when they brown it is time to pick them? and i thought it took 6-8weeks for this to happen? i have sprinked ash from the fire place around the base a couple of times the buds are still small/skinny and so i dont want to harvest yet also, will the plant be affected if i was to cut a few of the budding stems off? Any help greatly appreciated!

G'day fellas and felleses. To start the ball rolling, I am in FNQ and I'm relatively inexperienced with growing pot (quite experienced with general gardening though) and I have got about 70 seedlings which need to be transplanted outdoors, ultimately into soil in a number of days. I have the patch prepared VERY nicely but what I'm wondering is this: My mate saw my seedlings and said quite matter-of-factly to bury them deep in the ground, so there's not so much stem showing (in some cases, several centimetres deeper than the natural level of the soil) to make them shorter/sturdier seedlings. It seems like a good idea on the surface, but it goes against my traditional ga…

thinking of making a mother / clone room in a 3f by 3f room. I want to have 2 bonsai mothers and room for about 9 vegging plants, and some room for clones. Is this doable in that size?...and... What wattage should i go with? Would i need to go with about 400 or could i get away with 250w? thanks

Just a quick question, I have always pruned my shade leaves before they started to wither also any others that I feel should not be there, some one told me the other day don't, it stresses the plant. I find it also cuts back on my finally trim. Any suggestions?

hey, i know how to tell the sex of mullies, until i came across this suspect bastard. these pictures are really bad, so hopefully someone can make something out of them until i get some better shots. also the plant has small flowers that are extremely sus looking, with no real 'white hairs' and has small bud like formations, which have a somewhat club like look to them, but no classic male balls, and has suspect could be pollen sacks? cheers
