Hey fellow farmers! Ok, I'm relatively new here but have been searching around these boards for a fair while. I recently tried to grow but it was the middle of winter and I still managed to grow one outside! No idea how. The thing is it got destroyed by animals I'm guessing. Since it's summer now I am thinking of trying again. With purchased seeds because I really need to find an Indica strain like Hindu Kush or Aurora Indica. Is there any other strains you could suggest besides those two? I need help with anxiety and such. Any one have experience with a similar situation? What did you do? If I end up getting seed off a dealer (most likely) and it ends up being Sa…

Well guys this is what happened. I stopped smoking about 2 years ago and kind of lost interest in cannabis. Well one f my old friends ended up moving into my area and said he had some seeds that he wanted to play around with. I told him that all I had ever grown in my life was a Ficus. Well he said we would just research it and research it we did. I have read over so much of this forum I'm getting too excited thinking about the prospects. We are looking at doing a hydro set up and have started to gather materials. We also decided to be serious and buy some legit seeds. Well anyways the seeds he was sitting on were given to me and i decided to play with them. I put them in…

hi a few more noob questions please bare with me. I want to try a very BASIC attempt, happy to learn as I go but I'm just not able or want to make this anything significant. I guess I'm cutting corners before I start :| - potting a couple (2) seeds that have sprouted (flukey I reckon). can i use some sort of pre-mix soil (seed mix) from a gardening shop? what would do an ok job? what's my next easiest option? - I'm reading all sorts of stuff about lighting. Do I have to mess with the electrics of my house or can i just plug in a 250w light? Confused. - When do I start worrying about ph and plant food/fertilizers? Big Thanks.

Hi people, got a couple of W Widow cupboard style in soil my custom cupboard will allow them to reach 60cm tall max! otherwise they will likely burn under the 400w HPS.They appear to be quite bushy at 30cm tall will enduce flowering at say 40/50 cm. I know people say that they can double in height from the first flowers through to fully matured but in my experiences with soil grows they usually don't grow more than 25% of the original size during the flowering period. What could I expect from this strain at this height of 60cm?I would expect an ounce max of each plant due to the small area and potential size being only 60cm tall. What do you guys estimate ?

Is this girl super sensitive to nutrients? She's getting the same as the White Rhino and the others, but she is just...different. As a seedling rather than make a second set of true leaves she branched into 2 main stems like a "Y". Still with 2 i've fimmed her 3 x. She is still by comparison spindly, although that's the way of this plant. She doesn't clone easily, taking longer and sometimes just going limp. Now, I have given a foliar feed to all consisting of Kelp, and some calcium added. Only this Bubblegum girl is looking "ashy" if that makes sense. I may have to take a pic. Anyone grow this strain? GG

Hi guys, I'm exhausted of smocking the same tasting herbs all the time. When I was in Amsterdam I smoked amazing stuff. I say it's amazing only Because of the unusual fruity after taste as well as it was like smocking thin air. I asked the café how they made it taste really sweet. I was advised that they used Advanced Nutrients "sweet leaf and sometimes final phase. And it didn’t matter what strain it was they just added the correct amount into the reservoir which assists in the flushing of accumulated nutrients in flowers and leaves. In various herb crops where taste and texture is important, removing the chemical residue giving a better sweet taste. I read up on s…

heyy i am going to be starting 6 plants (decent bagseed) in a 1.25' x 1.25' x 1.7' draw. i am going to be putting these in jiffy pots and then transplanting them to the ground in the bush. what would be the minimum amount of cfl wattage for this room to get them to a sufficient growth on 14/10? i am on a bit of a budget. also bought 135 litres of a tomato potting mix soil and another 30 litres of another potting soil and about 50 litres of chicken manure. my mate is starting 6 off indoors aswell then going to be putting them in the bush togethor, adding to 12, so will this be enough for 2'x2'x2' holes. will these show sex before they go out or will we have to wait then r…

Hi there everyone. I'm still new to this and was wondering for how I should flush? I'm growing in coco, using Canna nutes and into my seventh week of flowering (8 week strain). Any hints and tips would be appreciated. Also, what should I be looking out for before I start the flushing process?
