young seedlings,lanky with ariel roots happening,Should I repot them and cover the ariels?

Ariel roots?

Hi there growers,   I have some young seedlings,growing in jiffy pots and there are growing quite lanky,with ,I think nodes/ariel roots coming out of the stem.I think I should repot them and cover up the nodes/ariel roots so they will grow stronger.Any advice?Thanks in advance Ps there has been a bit of rain around.
