canna coco nutrients

hey i have a grow going at the moment and i was just looking for some advise   im growing in 10l pots and the medium is 100% premium plus canna coco   they are getting fed canna coco a+b every 2 days   1l water an 1ml each a+b nutes   is this the correct amount?   advise would be appreciated   gr4h4m
