The other week I pulled a little bonsai plant from the flower chamber and hung the two main colas of pretty much identical size one on a rack and one laid horizontally on the rack ..... Looking at them there was a noticeable difference The bud that was hung vertically dried to be a compact nugg while the one that was laid flat was pretty much the same shape as when it was chopped only with flatish sides and smaller ............ I was wondering if one way was better for Drying time Curing
Recently I have had an extended grow break of about 4 months .............hasnt been all that fun ........ but soon I will be in a position to grow again I was really starting to get a bit funny without a plant around ......I dont know if pot is addictive , but I know for sure that growing it is Seeing how I havent grown in a while I was thinking what I could do ....so many choices ......I couldnt go past my favorite , pebbles in pots having small trees .....no tipping no scrog no tou
Lately I have had to get herb from other source's and have been collecting the beans if it had any and have come across one today with what I think is abnormally large seeds .... things look like little oysters Just wondering would this mean ....bigger calyxes .... healthier seedlings ....bigger plant .... The herb it come from is really dense with heaps of hair on it ...... has anyone come across these really big beans before ....about 2-3 times the size of normal ones??? Just wonderi
Well ...had the ball rolling .. nice little plants in a nice little area then bam.....had to go on holiday Come back after 2 and a half weeks and the plants are massive and well out of control , about 30cms bigger than I wanted ... so first step was to take 6 clones off each of the female mothers and a the male I selected and ditch the rest ....opened it up a bit At this time I should have the clones taken and the mothers going into bud with the selected male for a seed run ....
Well I got my long awaited 4.5v solar power educational kit .....put it together ....then wacked it in my little room under the 125w CFL 6400k and low and behold .......nothing bloody happened Of course I put it together and put it in before reading the manual , haha So I began reading the manual and discovered that the panel loves green light spectrum but likes blue next ..... nice ..... might be able to run off a more powerful light dunno I have other lights 600w 400w HPS and a 250w
Well this time around I have decided to do a seed run instead of a herb crop so I can grow my own seeds this outdoor season ....but I was wondering if I could do it in time for the start of the season ... All I have to get done is 1. grow male out to collect pollen 2. grow last years seeds from our pollenated goodies 3. clone from the seeds 4. grow clones up , pollenate them and finish them out I am hoping to do this all before november ....haha... still have to find a suitable male
Recently I wipped up a small grow box , instead of putting all my gear up for one plant, and chucked a seedling in it ...... It's got reflective walls , a 125w cfl and a hole in the top to vent out some heat/air....but no fans... Made some canna - butter today using the method dani posted ................... took for ever .......I didnt realize how long it takes , well it felt like for ages with a hang over ..........its got me stuffed how they can sell grog and deamonize the herb .....f-ing hate hangovers Anyway it looks the part ...smells the part ...and tastes the part ........hopfully it does the trick , cant see why it wouldnt I am going to make some soft caramels ....mmmmmm hopfully tonight if I can muster

Well I am learning all right ......when a season messes up and you dont get the quota for the year ...... you gota lower you standards or go without.... Shoulda seen the shit I had to procure today... top dollar mind you .... I'm going to go look through some trim ...this stuff is woeful ..............I gave it a chance , the benefit , but no matter what you do you cant polish a turd Definatly learning still ........ I pretty sure this person grows this shit every year too ....hah
well .......little one looks like shit ....doesnt look like it has much hope of returning to the land of the living any time soon..... well at least she has lived longer then the two days I thought she had left ..... I feel like I should just put her out of her misery though but I realy want her to live......... its a shame will power doesnt grow the herb.... I am giving her two more days ....yeah
Had 3 little plants sitting out in a back room for 9 months now ........they are all about 6 inches tall with about 2 leaves on each....... been feeling kinda guilty because they were the only three seeds from a cross between a white rhino and some fast growing sativa ....and if I loose them without budding them then i will never know what the herb was like......sooo today i looked at them , grabbed the only one with a little green left on its 2 leaves then washed off her soil and wacked her
Been going through my seeds I have collected over the years and as I've collected them i have labeled them but I am not sure how accurate the system is usually is like this , a few letters to help me remember where I got them , a rating out of 5 for the stone and presentation and the date I collected them but sometimes there are extras like colour , how much it cost or if it was under weight I am not trusting how many 4's there are for things .......haha ..maybe shouldnt smoke so much bef
made some gib candy definatly tastes the job , but not sure if it gets me high but should still have the good oils .... definatly tastes the job Gib = pot ...... Anyone know the maximum cooking temp for the butter hate to think I was cooking all the thc outa it ....but cakes get hot dont they...
shit weather , shit timing .....dont bother putting your clones out until the hours outside are less then what you have inside because re-veged buds are airy and if you have a wet summer you get mould and it sucks the ball hairs.... ....another year i learnt what not to do....... gonna be a pro soon
