Not sure if many of you know , well most who been on net a while would know , But this is a good prgram i highly recomend for anyone on net, Cookies an programs like to put trackers an spy ware on your pc some can be harmfull some only minor , Id sujest to download it as its free an every few days run it on Scan memory , Scan registry <deep scan> an scan all fixed drives, I hope this is helpfull for yas

thanks babybear - ad-aware is invaluable and i've been a regular user of it for the last 12 months or so since ad and pest-ware has become really bad. i encourage ppl to at least use it once to find all the nasties hiding out on your 'puter....

thanks for the link tboat - of course, viruses are different to adware. another excellent free virus scan software would have to be AVG from grisoft.com

my record for progs removed by ad-aware is 59 anyone beat that ?

HAH man , thats alot , u should ad aware ever second day or two i recon , an make sure you clean out you temp files, i only know how to do it for 98 an 2000.
ill be gettin xp soon so if anyone wants to know how to do let me know
